“I have used Veteran’s Garage Door for all of my garage door needs for years now. I’ve called them when I ran in to one and needed a whole new door. I’ve called them multiple times just because those little sensors get off somehow and my garage door won’t go down. They always make appointments as quickly as possible and they’re always on time. This last time, I called them because the door wouldn’t do down at all and the chain was hanging down and they said I needed a whole new motor. The service person, Chris, came right over in an emergency as my husband and I both had to leave the house and just left the door wide open. Chris diagnosed it and said he would have to come back on Monday (this was a Friday) as his schedule was already full that day. I begged him to see if he might, possibly, be able to get it done as I was hosting a shower that next day and didn’t want my garage and all of its messy contents on display. Chris checked with the home office and they managed to work their schedule to fit me in that day after all. I wanted to tell this story to anyone who might be on the fence about which garage door repair company to use. I recommend Chris and Veteran’s 100%.”
